I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m just not satisfied with the service I received. From the looks of it, I thought this would be a great new salon for me but it did not meet my expectations. The man that did my nails got aggravated with me because he kept saying I was moving my hand but I’ve never had that issue anywhere else. It was just clear he was getting aggravated. Both of my pinky fingers were bleeding by the end of the service. I mentioned it at checkout and he acted like he didn’t know until I showed him and then he said “I already put medicine on them”. I was expecting at least a discount and nothing was even offered. On top of that multiple nails are just sloppy, polish and acrylic under my nails, “bubbles” in the polish, etc. I will attach pictures. I got a fill in and two nails replaced. My total was $93.50. I don’t think these were $100 nails, especially not after cutting two of my fingers and it only being a fill in. I tipped $10 because I don’t believe in not tipping for a service but that brought my total to $103.50 for inadequate nails, in my opinion.

After YEARS of bouncing between nail salons like I was in a toxic relationship cycle, I finally found Star Nails in 2021… and I’m done. This is it. This is the one. I will never cheat again. Tulip, Cindy, Shayla, Dom, and Lee? Absolute chef’s kiss. Honestly, the whole salon is. At this point they don’t just do my nails—they manage my personality. I brought my sister for the first time yesterday and within minutes she was like, “yeah… this is the best salon I’ve ever been to.” No debate. The atmosphere is unmatched—they’re welcoming, hilarious, and somehow fully embrace my chaos and dark humor like I’ve been adopted into the family. 10/10 recommend. If you’re still salon hopping… go ahead and cancel your search.

My daughter and I walked in and were greeted with warmth and excitement. We both had a full set manicure and pedicure. I was pleased at the knowledge of services and just the complete flow of the salon during a busy time. Techs were pleasant and did a fabulous job! When we are back in the area we will definitely be back!!! #greatmomanddaughterday

I have been coming to Star Nails for a few years now and I will not go anywhere else. Shayla always goes above and beyond to ensure my nails are exactly what I want and always takes her time! Dom gives the best pedicures and I would recommend them to anyone!!

I am very thankful for Shayla and the crew at star nails! I went to a different salon and they botched my nails (The dip was thick and lumpy) Shayla redid my nails fabulously. I left the other salon crying over how bad my nails were but I left star nails happy with how they looked. I will definetly be returning
